A Central Oasis of Comfort and Calm

The location is superb. I could easily reach major attractions. My room had ample space and was clean, a true delight. The staff was helpful and kind. Their service stood out . I must say the proximity to public transport was wonderful. This made exploring so simple!!!

The hotel enjoys great proximity to major attractions. I walked easily to HafenCity and Rathausmarkt. The metro station near the hotel made airport transfers simple. Hamburg Hauptbahnhof was a ten minute walk, this allows quick day trips.

The welcome wasn't VERY cute. It was quite rude.

the hotel sits conveniently near the u bahn station. this provided easy access to the port and various boat tours. the room featured comfortable beds. a large bathroom. there was enough room to fully open suitcases.

the room felt quite cold. the heater ran constantly, yet it didn't emit warm air. the parking fee added to the cost. i did not see signage at the parking area. this indicated people should pay at reception, resulting in some confusion.

the location provided great access to public transport and key attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. i found the proximity to the metro station particularly useful for getting around. underground parking was also available.

The lack of water in the room was inconvenient. i arrived late and found no water available, as the bar was closed. Buying it was impossible
